Really surprised to see such amazing reviews considering the fact that they seem to always be out of stock of half the things I need when I go, and the staff never seems to know when (or even IF) it will be back on the shelves. I've also been extremely disappointed when trying to get information and health paperwork on the chicks they sell. No one seems to know if it's available or if they can give me the information, and none of them ever know anything about the "bantam" chickens besides the fact that they are "half-sized". I even once pointed out a dead chick in a bin to one of the staff members, then spent 25 minutes shopping before I went back by the chicks...although the woman had been inside the chicken corral area when I told her about the dead baby, it was still in the bin when I passed by again. She was several feet away, talking to a co-worker. :/
On the plus side, most of the staff are friendly, and some are pretty knowledgeable. The layout of the store makes it fairly easy to find things.
