Total Concept Hair Salon

I came in as a walk-In yesterday and some guy who looked like he'd been outside mowing the lawn as he was wearing a bright neon green shirt and was covered in dirt, walked up and asked if I had an appt, no greeting, nothing nice at all. I said no I wanted to see if I could do a walk in, he then went in the back to talk to someone back there and after a few minutes came back and said there were only two people working and asked me to come back tomorrow. If he isn't a hairdresser he probably shouldn't be approaching me, the actual employees should have, and I found it extremely rude they did not come up to the front themselves and then asked me to come back tomorrow. Also I tried calling prior to coming and no one answered the phone, it would have been nice if someone answered and told me this over the phone prior to me driving there. Some people have busy schedules and cannot plan out all their time. If I ever go back there and something changes maybe I'll change this review but I got nothing yesterday that said to me anyone cared about a customer
