I called to get new patient appointments for my daughter and I today. I had been referred to Dr. Jackson by family members that see him. They were always able to get in when needed without issue. The lady who answered was so curt and said they were not booking until October. I told her that I would go ahead and make the apt, then she RUDELY said "well, if you are going to go ahead and make the apt and look somewhere else, you need to do that first". My reply was "that's fine I wont even bother with you, thank you". Dr. Jackson may be wonderful but his front desk is very unwelcoming. I WANTED to make an appointment with the hopes that they could later move it up if they had cancellations, not find another dentist, but she was so rude and didn't give the opportunity for me to explain. I don't want to go to any environment where there are snarky attitudes. So, with my great dental insurance...I go to a different dentist! And I will let family and friends know.
