Texas Roadhouse

There's no denying the steaks here are excellent. If I was just reviewing the food and service, this restaurant would get 4 stars. However, I'm downgrading because the atmosphere is chaos. It is LOUD! The music, the background noise, the dancing when it's someone's birthday. All combine to form a cacophony of sound that we find too much. There's something else that's harder to put my finger on. My wife and I call TR the "Eating Factory". It's as if they are TOO efficient at feeding you. They get you seated, they take your order, they bring you your food- so so fast- you barely have time to relax before the food is there. I guess what I'm trying to say is this- if you want a relaxing atmosphere, go somewhere else. If you want really good food fast, and don't mind the chaos and noise- this place is for you.
