New and rude staff. If they don't know something about t mobile services they simply deny that. Don't even bother to ask senior staff and Manager. Went here two times for two different things and both the time I got disappointed with their answers. Finally had to call online customer service to solve my issues. I had dealt with same issue with other t mobile store in other state and had no problems.
