Stewart Physical Therapy Clinic

I received an evaluation, treatment, and home exercises. I do feel my condition did improve as a result of therapy. The staff and fellow patients in the clinic were consistently friendly. The facility is not private as all clients exercise and receive treatment in one room. My primary source of dissatisfaction relates to the billing practice for physical therapy services. Upon request for itemization, I discovered I was charged approximately $80 each visit to independently perform basic exercises. As a compliant patient actively engaged in my recovery, I do not agree wit the practice of charging for a basic exercise series. I am in agreement with payment for the remaining services (heat, TENS, hands on manipulation) provided by the therapist.
