I found this dealership through the USAA buying service. My husband inquired about a specific vehicle and scheduled an appointment with the internet sales representative from the dealership. Our family drove an hour to the dealership. When we arrived, we were kept waiting for a long time to later find out the vehicle had been "sold" eight days prior. Despite feeling that we had been misled, we test drove a similar vehicle and had our car appraised. We were given the black book values and told that our trade was "Very clean" but were offered $2,000 less than the black book clean trade value. Obviously we left without making a purchase and we will not return. The salesman was courteous. I should note that it was the Kia dealership that we interacted with.
