Led us to believe that it was between us and another applicate — but gave it straight to the other applicant because that applicant moved into another property of theirs that had plumbing problems. If you knew that you were going to move this person into this new property and you weren’t even going to consider other applicants WHY WOULD YOU WASTE EVERYONES TIME?!??!?! Then Todd had the nerve to suggest I look at another property that was more expensive... Todd obviously is a smooth talker and will say whatever to have a back-up plan to make $$$. Applicant beware. All communication isn't necessarily truthful and Todd will say "I don't even recall you asking that question"...
