State Farm

Terrible insurance company. Does not ever have their customer in mind. Always looking for ways to increase your premium. Even when accident where we were not at fault, they accepted responsibility for claim right away before conclusion and paid for the damages of other party to increase our premium. Do not do business with this company. Do not recommend.

well they are nice, but being nice is not real. I went in too far while parking and pulled my bumper and body shop is recommending it to be replaced because the holes to hold up the bumper is ripped off..State Farm is saying fix the ripped hole and then put the bumper back on which is like glue your broken plate and it the same. I know they are trying to save all they can but being true to consumer will get their business. Body shop is telling me that is always with State Farm Insurance when it come down to fix the car right. Soon as I fix the bumper I will be looking for better Insurance company. Trust me fake smile just don"t cut it..It's not your good neighbor..It is unfair to agent Kuan Ho. This review was more toward State Farm as whole rather then the agent.
