This store is on the small side, but has a decent amount of seating. The "flow" is a bit off- with displays and table placement creating a bottleneck near the pick up area. The service was friendly, ( mobile order) but I'm giving only three stars because there seemed to be a lack of maintenance, even though the store wasn't busy. Un-bussed tables outside, paper on the floor in restroom and in table area, etc. for me that speaks less to staff, and more to management- are there periodic sweeps to ensure a clean store (inside and out?) this may seem like nitpicking, but with so many Starbucks available, every little detail counts, in terms of customer retention and repeat business.
First of all, the drive-through line has gotten MUCH quicker, in the past two months or so, than it was around the winter holidays and slightly before. Now, it's a pretty reasonable time, getting in and out. That, paired with that super sweet lady who wears her hair in a low ponytail and greets everyone like she already loves them, is why this place is getting such a high rating. I still can't bring my reusable containers in without getting the wrong drink put in it (I get the same drink often, and never have a mistake when it's in a Starbucks disposable), and a couple of the employees openly roll their eyes at what customers are saying. I know the morning rush is hard and often frustrating, but I work in customer service, and I also know that sort of stuff doesn't fly. Tasty drinks, a good stock, but you either get super positivity, or you get a bunch of attitude with your morning latte. Learn to vent that when you get off the clock.
