It all started with a moving box in front of my mailbox. I called the number and spoke to Jeff. I was thrilled when he stated that he would like to come to my home to go over the items that we were requesting to be moved. Most companies are giving quotes over the phone without taking the time to look at your furniture. During the visit, Jeff was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and also provided suggestions since we were moving our furniture into a storage facility. After meeting him, I was less nervous about our move. When dealing with the quote, I feel as if I emailed him over 100 times. I was always requesting a new quote from where I added or removed items and Jeff was always on the other end responding quickly to my emails. When it came to the move, the crew was just like Jeff. I couldn't of asked for a better crew. I saw a lot of great teamwork that day! They communicated and worked well together to ensure that there was no damage to the home or furniture.
