Very deceptive and misleading representativs. Spoke to three different representatives and received 3 very different rates for least expensive tv and cable "bundle". That was after they increased my monthly bill from $116 to $154 for promotion they neglected to fully disclose and explain. Too bad they are allowed to monopolize a given market.
