Soul Central

I’ve recently moved to Charlotte and was looking for a great soul food place and thought I finally found it. Atmosphere was nice but small and music was a little loud. I ordered the combo special where you get one meat and two sides and did not like my mash potatoes so I asked could I change it out for another side of Mac and cheese and I believe what was the owner or manager made a huge scene in front of other customers. The fish was bland but I loved the Mac and cheese but would not go back again because of how she conducted herself in front of other people. Instead of her pulling me aside and telling me she couldn’t help me.
