THIS IS THE WORST TOW COMPANY IN CHARLOTTE!!! My fiancee picked her brother up from the hospital and dropped him off at his residence. He is on dialysis and needed assistance to walk in the house. We also have a 6 year old and 2 year old so she couldnt leave them in the car when she took her brother in the house. At night there is a rule no driving your car backwards and no sitting in parking spaces unless in visitor parking. She parked in the front of his building which has no visitor spots and helped him inside with our children. When she came back out and the TOW truck had her car linked partial on the how. The vehicle was still hot meaning she wasnt even sitting that long. When she explained the situation to the driver he used racial slurs and told her he didnt care he has family as well and it will cost $250 to drop the car even tho it was only partial on the tow. She told him to feel the car its still hot she wasnt even here for 10 mins and she tells him hes calling the police he hurried up and jumped in his tow and drove off with the vehicle partially on the tow. After finding who the tow company is we called the office and was told he waited to see her get out the car and towed it after not seeing a permit sticker but this is predatorial tow. These people are very rude use racial slurs and will over charge u $250 for less than 10 mins of your car being in the lot or even the tow truck. After calling the police At the business and going back and forth over the reasons and amount and time of the tow it was reduced to 125....FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!!!!
