Technicians are always good. They are knowledgable and very nice. They do great work. However the office staff are unprofessional. When I had a plumbing issue on Sunday, I called their 24 hour line. The message taker told me that she was going to leave a message to the techs and office staff who come in the following day, Monday, so that a tech could come out first thing in the morning. She never left a message. Not only that, the office told the tech to charge my daughter at the time of service while I couldn't be there due to work. She told me that the first time customer always had to pay at the time of service even after I told her that it was the 3rd time for them to come out to my house over the last few years AND they had record of them coming out to my hosue in the past. I was NOT the first time customer. Even after she realized they shoudln't have to charged my daughter, she wouldn't aplogize but to blame me for that. They have record of the service that they provided to me. Even though the techs are great and apprecite their work, I don't belive that I would use them ever again just becuse of extremely unprofessional office staff and poor customer service.

Have used Sink for almost 25 years. In that time I have had many opportunities to use their services and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Sometimes the price is a little high, but they always come and they always get the job done in a satisfactory manner. If you have a problem, call and get help, don't just complain.
