At or about 6:45pm I visited this location. I was (undecided) as to what I wanted between the Pork Tenderloin Special and a Fish Sand which with Fries. LISA, FEMALE BLACK with braids, (identified as the manager on duty) was very nasty, unprofessional, rude, and unbecoming. Aforementioned, I did not know what I wanted. A Trainee, white female, was helping me. Another black girl, also with braids, wearing a hat, was also helping me. I was asking about the chicken and gravy meal. The black girl I just mentioned was showing me the menu. The Manager, (Lisa) rudely and abruptly intervened and stated to the white employee, "you should know the menu." I was floored. I then ordered the fish sandwich meal from the white employee. It was a total of $8.30. Lisa, the manger walked up to the black employee and stated I wish he would make up his mind. He gets on my nerves and he has complained about his food before. I overheard her and requested to speak with a manager. Lisa heard me and stated I am a manager what do you need? I stated I rather contact corporate. I then stated to the white employee that it's very rude for an employee to make negative REMARKS about a guest to another employee. Lisa walked over to me and loudly stated, "I am the manager if you have a problem you tell me not my employee." THIS ALL HAPPENED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ANOTHER GUEST. I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK. AS I LEFT ANOTHER GUEST WHOM WITNESSED THIS STATED TO ME OUTSIDE SHE WAS SHOCKED AT HER BEHAVIOR. THIS MANAGER WAS VERY MEAN, RUDE, AND HAS NO PLACE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
