A couple of months ago, I called and made an appointment with Mike. When the scheduled morning arrived, I waited over 2 hours for him to show up, but he never did.
After calling his phone numerous times and sending him several text messages, I finally found out that he couldn't make it and would have to come the next day.
When I asked him why he hadn't contacted me to reschedule, he got upset and told me not to "lecture" him. That was the end of our correspondence.
All in all, it was a total waste of my time and I would not trust Mike with my car.
