My family and I just spent a week here. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and a full basement. Very clean, private and cozy. It is slightly dated but the new owners said they intend on doing some updating and renovations which will only make this place better.
