Ordered a pair of shoes which was not in stock in the size I needed for a birthday present. Gave my card to pay and added $20 for 2 day shipping. Was told it would be there by Friday. Register associate (Sumicko according to my receipt), was clearly new and needed help adding expedited shipping, etc.
Today, (Monday) I called and was told it wasn't in stock in any store, and I wouldn't be receiving it, and that the person who rang me up should have checked that at the register and told me. Associate on phone (Asha I think), was Very matter of fact, and clearly could care less about any inconvenience on my part.
Terrible customer service at Off Sams Charlotte premium outlets. Buyer beware if you have to order anything through store to store item locator ordering.
