This place in Concord is the definition of uncaring and unfocused human behavior. Crappy parking and terrible customer service. I ran out of my meds and was away on a family matter in another state. They wouldn't give me 1 week prescription to hold me over. I had to postpone my personal life just to sit here for 1 hour over my scheduled time. She comes in writes a script and says nothing about how I'm doing. This is upsetting because my depression is mild. I feel for the people that are struggling bad. Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go there. Place smells like urine and the staff looks like they should be getting the help.
