Rosati's Pizza and Sports Pub - Wake Forest, NC

Extremely disappointed with their delivery service. Ordered & paid for a pizza at 4:15 yesterday for delivery. Was told it would take an hour. 2 hours later still no pizza! Called in twice and was told that there was 1 driver, and he had all the pizzas in his vehicle. Should have been told this when we ordered. Assistant manager offered 50% off our next dine in meal saying that was all she could do. We finally cancelled order and requested a refund. Very poor customer service.
