Very unprofessional , I walked into their office at Harris Teeter and 3 of the 4 employees were mesmerized with games on their cell phones , they didn't seem overly concerned about expediting the drivers until it was time to collect the payment for their " service " , when we returned to get our bills , the person responsible for turning them over was no where to be found , several of us waited over 30 minutes ...and I have the documentation to support this !
