Excellent customer service with my first exam in about 20 years. Dr. Laughinghouse was very personable and very smooth process. After exam, she directed me to go up front and pick out frames. Mary Beth picked my glasses for me. The first pair that she picked up for me to try, Perfect. Just what I wanted. I intend to make this my Eye Doctor and tell anyone that asks how I was treated, I will let them know that it was very pleasant and friendly staff. Quite refreshing.
