Mr. Ridenour attempted to charge me over four times the correct amount from a civil case hearing. The court ruled against him and allowed only the previously agreed upon amount. I filed a complaint with the NC State Bar on Mr. Ridenour. He then later filed two additional cases against me, both of which were dismissed. The problems began with a matter involving a NC community college where the Bible was listed (correctly I felt), as one of several references in a course containing a section on Spiritual Health. The case was State of North Carolina, County of Jackson, 04 CVS 184, Dr. Gene C. Couch Jr. vs David E. Bradley.
