Red Roof Inn Kenly

Tried checking into room 138 and while doing my normal hotel room check for bugs/other cleanliness issues, I moved the alarm clock and a roach crawled out and scurried around before disappearing under the nightstand. Immediately tried to check out and the attendant was unapologetic and did not believe us. Definitely not the best customer service in a time like this. We ended up just leaving, and hopefully we will receive our refund without a problem.

Great, clean and affordable . the best red roof thus far, Emma was awesome professional and helpful. They even pick up food orders for you, complimently, all smiles from our stay . Highly recommended.
