Quick As A Wink Cleaners

My experience here was as follows: - Bring in a leather jacket to get cleaned. - They quote me $40 and nearly one month wait time, as they need to send it off to a leather expert. - OK, fine, I understand. They say they’ll call when it’s ready. - Month passes, date on the slip comes and goes, no phone call. - A few days later I call. Yep, it’s ready to pick up. Hm, ok. A call would have been nice. - Go to pick up the jacket. Surprise! It hasn’t been cleaned. They literally have not touched it, explaining that cleaning it would have altered the color, or something. So in summary, knowing they weren’t going to clean it, they let my jacket sit for a month with no phone call to explain the situation or anything, just waited until I happened by to pick it up over a month later.
