Im sorry you disagree with us in not being able to replace the disposal, you have a home warranty company that will not paid for a disposal unless is bad, in your case the disposal was working good but it is a basic model and it loud, however we tried to get it approved and they denied base on the disposal working in a good condition. The service fee as stated in your contract must be paid at the time of each visit, and that is for the home warranty company not for us, we don't get paid unless we fix it, but in your cases it was nothing to be fixed so we lost that 45 minutes we service your home. We will recommend you to get a different warranty company.
