I waited for more than 3 hours to get wheel alignment for relatively a new car. Advisors are not keeping track FIFO (first in first out). Just wanted to give heads up. I won't be coming again for getting service of my two vehicles.
Upon asking about service time even after 3 hours the advisor insisted that they are working to get my car in que and I saw that they did allignment of other vehicles who came way after. Advisor acted over smart. However manager realized and waived the charges of service.
