Port City Chop House

We were placed in a corner with high traffic where people walking to their tables had to constantly walk behind my back. The noise was extreme for such a nice restaurant, to the point they had to close the door in another section of the restaurant with the 40 plus party having extremely good time. Now for the service and food. The waiter was helpful and polite. The food lacked in many ways. My wife ordered a ribeye and it came out dry and over cooked. When we complained they offered a menu so she could order something else, but my wife said she just wanted a quality ribeye. So off they went and quickly came back with another, while we shared mine. My son was eating his pasta and noticed under the pasta was a black curly hair, absolutely nasty. Then to make matters worse the waiter added gratuity to the bill, assuming he knew this wasn’t going well.
