Do NOT bank with PNC and especially, not the Arboretum location. From Branch Manager on down, you can expect poor service from people (if you can call them that) who lack any semblance of emotion or empathy. Specifically, my experience with Trisha Cisse, the current Branch Manager, was froth with short, snide responses to my questions, a clear attitude and absolutely NO desire to help in any way. Probably not a good position for someone who could care less about people.
