Pho Plus

New owner. Sadly new recipe. The place was okay-ish before the change. Good enough for uptown. But since new ownership the broth is just awful. Tastes like someone put soy sauce and vinegar into water and called it pho. Meat is the same as before so that's good. Hopefully it gets changed back soon.
