Bought a floor model sofa from them. Delivery was fast, and they ordered newer cushions for me, since it had been sat on while on the floor, and the middle cushion was softer than the outside ones. Two years later, we still love the couch. Very friendly and accommodating service, and pretty, good quality furniture that isn't overly priced.
