Outland Gas & Groceries

Dylan at Outland Gas & Groceries was a lifesaver for me this past weekend. When I was lost trying to get to Fontana Village Resort, he patiently explained to me where I'd gone wrong and how to get back; the next day, when we came back to use their phone signal (for Verizon, it was the only place I could get signal in the entire area), he allowed my friend to use his actual land line to call a Tennessee number when she was having a family emergency. We bought a bottle of water and delicious rock candy, but I wish I could have bought more to show them how much I appreciated their help, good humor, and kindness. It was the most thoughtful customer service you could ever encounter, and the store has lots of stuff you might need for your trip. Dylan, thank you so much for your help!
