Open Eye Cafe

I love the environment, but now I have had so many bad encounters with this place that I am discouraged from coming back. As a student who loves to sit and do her homework here, I am upset that these issues have compounded so far. Once, I received a fly in my cream cheese danish. I didn't know what to say. And now recently, my cappucinos have been very watery (which means the milk wasn't steamed enough). Today, I decided that I had paid enough and I was enough of a regular that I should get what I pay for- especially at a shop dedicated to coffee. When I politely asked for them to make it again (when there wasn't a line), the manager/owner was very pissed, yelled at me, told me it would turn out the same, and didn't even give me a clean cup. I definitely like the ambiance better than the establishment, and it's a shame this place couldn't be better
