Total scam they call you and say you won a free drawing for a free membership but next thing you know you getting charge for the membership..! First they don’t let you see what you signing. O2 fitness is the worst and so does the Paramount Acceptance who deals with billing and cancellation. They know nothing about customer service what ever happen to the customer is always right?? Don’t spent your money here. Planet Fitness is way better and have better customer services. O2 fitness have to Scam people to join there membership. Nothing is free. And you have to pay a cancellation fee. I never gave my credit card I was told I won a free month. I never dealt with something so stupid. What a joke. O2 fitness and Paramount you should be a shame.
