Took my car for oil change/rotation/alignment/balance. I make my apt online as usual & get there & my name isn't on there board. They say oh well the website sucks, they let more than 2 people book the same time & we only have 2 mechanics. Really? It was a Monday at 3. Well first of all that's not my problem, fix the website then, I've even complained to corporate about how bad it is. I even got on chat on the website because it won't let you put comments when you make an appt & I wanted them to note the appt was supposed to include balance since it is never done as requested. They never have more than 2 mechanics no matter when I go, & they have 4 bays. Well hire more people since you got bought out by a bigger company. They said call us to make sure we have time since the website is wrong. They said come back in 2 hours & the same tires were in the same position because one was missing a cap & the new wheel was just damaged by an illegal sideswiping me the month before. So I doubt any of the service I requested was done.
