I can't express enough how grateful I am to have called here when I needed emergency help after Lasik/PRK surgery. I actually had my procedure done at another place but couldn't get in contact with someone who could help me there, so I called around until I finally got to Brittany who answered the phone here. Brittany McKinnon has to be one of the nicest people I can think of. She truly loves her job and has a passion for helping people. I had a protective lens that had shifted and folded over so that it was extremely painful and was probably damaging to my eye, so I couldn't drive. She came all the way to my apartment to take out the lens and put a brand new one in. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't gotten Brittany on the other end of my call; she truly was a blessing!!
