Not Pleased at all. They were highly overpriced, and their "so called" Quickbooks Expert never balanced the books. We were given a price for the monthly upkeep but then received a bill that was more than quadruple the original price. They left several legitimate transactions (both payments and debits) out of the software that I found later. Dates were incorrectly input for transactions. My QB file was a complete disaster and I had to go back to the very beginning of when I opened my bank account and compare with all my bank statements to find the problems. They input check dates in QB by the dates that checks were written rather than the dates the checks actually cleared...QB 101. That's why their "expert" couldn't get the books to balance from month to month. The most disturbing part of all of this is that we provided all the bank statements so that this could be done correctly and they still messed up. I would not give them business if they were the last firm on the planet. I can only imagine how they manufactured the numbers for my tax return they completed. This may have been an isolated incident but if that "expert" is still employed with them then Buyer Beware!!!!
