I have had both hair and massage/reflexology done here, both paid for with gift certificates. The massage service was wonderful—the staff were kind and courteous and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist checked with me at the beginning about any problems and areas I did/did not want her to focus on and then again throughout the appointment to ensure I was comfortable. I actually was so relaxed during the reflexology portion that I fell asleep. I would highly recommend Pure Indulgences massage services. For the hair service, I was originally not pleased with my cut or color. However, when I expressed my concerns to the management, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I got the result I was looking for, offering me the choice of either using another stylist or a gift certificate. I chose to have my hair redone and am thrilled with the final result. The hairstylist I used (Stacy) is only in town occasionally but she did a beautiful job and I will definitely have her do my hair again in the future. I so appreciated their effort to make things work for me and would not hesitate to recommend Pure Indulgence to anyone.
