horrible customer service. not reputable. they installed flooring that needed repairs, took months to get someone to come look at the issue and then they never followed up to come back to repair as they stated they would. I finally get a repair appointment. an employee called me the night prior stating everything was set up for tomorrow and then the installer didnt show up and I was told that was my fault because they tried calling. hmm I talked to an employee the night before.
The employees do not communicate with each other they dont know what the other is doing and it impacts the customer in a VERY negative way. its been a year since the initial install and still no progress on repairs.
Please be VERY careful if you do business with Above Board Flooring and be prepared to wait months if you have issues. there is a real lack of customer service and respect.
