Only out for your money. I called and told them what the issue was. Even told them the part number needed for the repair. They said they had the part and now problem the tech would bring it with him. I called back a couple of hours later and ask again about the part being in stock. The person on the phone again said no problem that the tech had it and would bring it out. I had to take off work so I would be there when the tech arrived in that 4 hour windows. After getting off work on about a half way home they called me and said they did not have the part. REALLY. They wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the appointment. They will waste your time. Find some one else to do the repair.
