Been a regular here since January 2014 and never had a problem. They were even very friendly when I went in last month to cancel my membership due to financial trouble. I feel bad about cancelling my membership but the staff were still very friendly and didn't seem insulted/offended that I was cancelling. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 since they raised their price from $59.99 to $65. Other Massage Envy's still charge the $59.99 if I recall correctly. But excellent customer service, excellent massage quality, very friendly staff who know me by time, and never feel pressured to buy anything here. I will really miss the staff of this Massage Envy after a full 3 1/2 years of coming here, but I hope they understand it is nothing personal. I might rejoin in the future. Everything in life unfortunately has a beginning and an end. ;) Great location and great staff but removed 1 star due to high price.
Finally removed 1 star because of their strict cancellation/no-show policy but that should be expected in any business. If you don't show up without a valid reason you end up having to pay for the service.
