Wow! First and last time I use this cleaner. They tried to say my zipper was broke on a pair of slacks when I dropped them off. I had just worn these pants 2 days before I dropped off so I know this not to be true. Then she wanted to charge me more to put a new zipper on and wait til Wed to pick up. Tactics or just an accident? To blame me is just wrong. Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.
