Lightning Restoration of the Carolinas

On Sunday, Sept 4, 2016, we discovered water leaking from the ceiling in the family room. It turned out to be from the air conditioner upstairs in the attic. My first call was to Randy at Lightning Restoration. I called him because I wanted his years of experience as an insurance adjuster, home inspector and restoration company. Nate came out that same day and assessed the damage and started the remediation. We felt so comfortable with Lightning Restoration handling our water damage that we left the next Tues morning (9/6/16) for our scheduled vacation to CA. Nate and Randy handled everything and called us every day with an update while we were gone. We knew we were in great hands with Lightning Restoration on the job. They truly put the REST in Restoration!

Randy and Nathan were prompt and thorough. They helped us navigate the pain that can be an insurance claim. Hopefully disaster doesn't strike again, but if it does, this is the crew I will call.
