I am a school teacher and a Mother of 4, so for me to go some wheres and get stuff done is not easy and not always fun. We bought a new SUV and had a appointment set, I was actually late the Manager was super nice said no problem, showed us the waiting room and had our SUV pulled around. Brought out our Suv I guess a little bit over hour maybe hour and a half. They went over the install with me asked if I had any questions. They even offered to wash our SUV. I totally Recommend them and even my Husband who is on the New Bern Police Force has had stuff done on his New Dodge and many Officers from the Dept have had great results there. So I as a Mom and a Teacher give Leonard's 5 Gold Stars.
