Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Biscoe

Dentist and hygienist were friendly and had patience ..very skilled and knowledgeable.. the facilities are beautiful and open.. The reason i only gave 3 stars was scheduling- had a part of a tooth break off and had to wait 2 weeks to be seen then moved my appointments around - called me and rescheduled to a later date after i had been waiting in agony 2 weeks! Then at my next appointment they called and asked me to come in at a much earlier time than my appointment so i rush and get there (forgot to eat etc) get the first part of my procedure done then was told it would be over an hour and a half before they could finish- my numbing shots were wearing off and i had to have more very painful shots .. took my entire day- had a tooth pulled skillfully but their scheduling people are horrible!

I am very pleased with Lane and Associates. The dentist have always done good dental care for me. The staff, hygienist, and dental assistants have always treated me so kindly too. I would highly recommend Lane and Associates to everyone.
