I came to this shop sometime last year to get a diagnosis and quote for a job on my car. I have a modified car that is lowered and has an aftermarket exhaust. The job I was getting quoted for was to r&r a bad bearing in a strut. So there was no reason for them to be revving my cars engine as soon as it was pulled into the shop while driving By other mechanics. My car also has a front lip on it which sits low considering my car is lowered. As they pulled it onto the rack the lip bent completely backwards, ripping all of the screws from my front bumper. I watched as it happened, and as they lifted my car they took two hands and pushed the lip up. They did not screw the screws back in or try to fix it. they simply just pushed up on it. I mentioned to them that I noticed what they had just done and they assured me that they had fixed the lip. I didn't get 2 seconds down the highway and my front lip was dragging on the road, in which I had to pull over and take my entire lip off to get it home so it wouldn't be damaged any further due to the lack of care and service of the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. I will NEVER bring my car to this unprofessional shop again. If I could rate 0 stars I would 100%. I've never been to a shop with such childish and careless mechanics. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I wish 0 starts were an option. Whoever the manager is sounds careless and unintelligent in their responses. Like I said, I will never bring my car there for any reason. I take pride in my car, I wouldn't take it to a shop where they don't have pride in their work or employees. Your shop, employees and management is a joke. My car isn't a low rider, I'm embarrassed for your company.
