Kimbrell's Furniture

We purchased what we thought was a nice living room furniture, they made us buy a warranty, that they said covered everything. They won't even call us back, keep giving excuses, the threading is coming out of 2 of the pieces of furniture. I could see if it was cheap furniture; but it wasn't.
