The apartment is very nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. However, maintenance must be extremely overworked. I have put in several maintenance requests over the course of 5 months. The only request that has been completed is what was needed to be done the first week we moved in. When I called to see the status after weeks/months of waiting for them, I called the office to find that none of my work orders were in their system.
***RATING UPDATE: In the last few months, the office has been very attentive of my maintenance needs. Travis works on the maintenance crew, and goes above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied! He has shown up within minutes of calling for emergency maintenance issues. He is very friendly, and helpful! Because of the changes, we plan to stay much longer than anticipated!
