Called for an emergency appointment and the woman at the front desk, Sandra, laughed at me. You don’t laugh at a client someone going through a crisis and crying on the phone. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention she’s been quite rude the past times I’ve been to my appointments as well as the other woman who takes payments and makes the appointments behind her... the only reason I will continue my service there is because Dr. Barker is amazing. I hope she gets laughed at the next time she’s going through something terrible.
